LIFE // Tips to De-Clutter your Wardrobe

Wardrobe bursting with clothes? Can't bear to part with some of them? I've faced this problem recently. Having moved back to my parents house, I realised that I have way too many clothes and just not enough space for them all. I've managed to reduce my wardrobe size (reluctantly) so I thought I'd share some tips for those of you who are wishing to cut down your fashion stash.

BEAUTY // Cleaning Make Up Brushes (The Easy way!)

Everyone's most hated job: Cleaning your make-up brushes. Am I right? When I found out the BEST brush shampoo I knew I had to share it all with you - it literally takes seconds to wash each brush as the shampoo is so strong it melts out all the excess dirt, oil and make up left in the bristles. Plus, it's all completely natural! What is this miracle brush cleaner? And how do you use it?

LIFESTYLE // The Best (Free) Organisation Apps

I am a little OCD with being organised. I love having a plan in action and I'm forever writing to-do lists. I can't even do my blog without a solid plan of action! When I got my iPad, my first search on the app store was 'Organisation' and now I've managed to accumulate quite a collection of apps to help my day to day organisation so I thought I'd share them with you to help you with blogging or general every day. And, best of all, they are all free to download!

BEAUTY // My Favourite Beauty Tools

I guess the title of this post is a little misleading - this is more of a roundup of my favourite beauty accessories that I can't do my everyday routine without! As you can see from the pictures, it is quite en eclectic bunch of tools and accessories but all will be revealed in the following blog post! ....

LIFESTYLE // Homeware Bargains

Isn't it the BEST feeling when you get an absolute bargain? My eyes almost popped out of my head when I saw that the Evolution store in Birmingham was having a 50% off EVERYTHING sale. I believe this is because they are closing their doors which is very sad as I love their little shop. However I managed to get some fantastic offers that I had to share!

HAUL // The Body Shop

It's only been recently that I've been getting into The Body Shop. I remember it being such a fun shop to go to when I was little but then I discovered Lush and become Lush-obsessed! The Body Shop has changed over the years and now I feel like it's a little clinical every time I pop into their stores.

However their online sales lured me in and I've been picking up a few bits here and there to try out. This time I managed to stock up on a few products I now love to have in my skincare routine!

BLOGGING // MOO Business Cards

I have always wanted business cards for my blog. They are so handy to have to hand; I often meet people who want to look at my blog and I end up having to scrawl my link on some scrap piece of receipt (which is so embarrassing). It's also a good step to take when you are wanting to step up your blogging game a little.

I've seen a few bloggers using MOO (http://uk.moo.com/) for their printing needs so I decided to take the plunge and order some for myself!

BEAUTY // Soap & Glory 'Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub'

Soap and Glory's Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub is a product I have had my eyes on for years but every time I've gone to buy it, it has been unavailable. When I spotted it randomly in a Boots store about two months ago I had to get it and, I have to say, it was love at first sniff. Alas, this feeling turned out to be lust rather than love...

I took these photos when I first got the product because I thought I'd be using it straight away however I just couldn't bring myself to use it. It smelt too good. after rather reluctantly putting it in my bathroom, I've been using The Breakfast Scrub for about a month now and I have quite a lot to say about it!

TRAVEL // Shrewsbury

I love going for random day trips so when Nick suggested we head out to Shrewsbury for a day out, I couldn't resist! We headed over there in the morning and started off with a walk across the river and in to the town (apologies for the picture heavy post, it was all too scenic to not snap!)...

BEAUTY // Make Damaged Hair Happy

I am no stranger to damaged hair and find ways to try to fix it. I am a serial hair colourer - my hair has been dyed, bleached, and heat damaged continuously over the years so I am always very conscious of how to make it look and feel healthier.

Due to this constant hair abuse, I have tried many products that claim to save or repair your hair but found only a handful actually make any difference. I hate buying a load of products that claim to do the job but actually turn out to be total rubbish so I have put together my own top tips on how to rescue damaged hair from my personal experience!

DIY // Make your own Envelopes

What would be better this Valentine's than a hand-written note in a personalised envelope?

Whilst browsing through Pinterest I spotted some amazing galaxy print envelopes. Assuming they were on etsy or something, I followed the link and discovered the person had actually made them themselves! The best part? They are ridiculous easy to make! I'm going to share my secret to making these envelopes so you can treat your loved ones to some unique snail mail :)

BEAUTY // Lush Spring/ Mother's Day 2015 Colletion

Lush have just released their Spring and Mother's Day products for 2015. I have to say, I'm rather excited about this collection. Having been very hyped up for the Valentine's Day themed products, I had totally overlooked the launch of Lush's Spring and Mother's Day inspired products that will be in shops from today!

I was lucky enough to get my hands on these products (perks of being a Lush staff member eh?!) so I thought I'd do a little overview on my absolute favourites from the collection...

BEAUTY // The Lip Scrub Debate: Are they worth it?

Lip scrubs Best things to be created or total waste of time? This is an opinion that causes many divisions amongst the beauty blogging world and it's one that I often questioned myself. I have always used lip scrubs but never understood the huge hype around them yet I still found people endlessly recommending me a good lip scrub. So why are they so popular? And do they make any difference?

To try and gain some insider knowledge on the whole lip scrub debate, I decided to start using my lip scrub as part of my every day skin care routine and see for myself whether it was worth the hype.

LIFE // But, My Friends Have Kids?! ...

When you're in school you create this future master life plan in your head that you'll be getting married, having kids, having loads of money, basically you create an idea of a life you'd like to have. And as you are so small, you think achieving all this by the age of 21 years will be more than realistic as it is so many years away from where you are in that moment.

Well, it really doesn't quite work out like that. And the scariest bit is that, now at aged 22, I still have this weird life plan. I just keep pushing it back a few years. And adding and taking away goals from the list. Basically, what I'm trying to tell you, is that I'm having a post-uni life crisis.

BEAUTY // Red: My Top Beauty Products

My original idea for this blog post was to be a run down of my favourite red lipsticks however I realised that I'd just be repeating old content I had already uploaded (I swear I've written about my favourite lipsticks about 5 times now...).

So, to switch it up a bit, I decided to write about my favourite red-coloured beauty products and why I love them so much! This was so much harder than it looks... you try finding red beauty products that aren't lip or nail orientated haha! Despite the odds, I managed to compile this list of red-themed goodies...
