BEAUTY // LUSH Cosmetics Easter 2015

Most have you have probably seen the beautiful new 2015 Easter range from Lush cosmetics already but, for those of you who may have missed it, I thought I would show you my top picks from the range this year! It's nice to see some brand new products alongside some old favourites this year and I'm very pleased with what Lush have treated us to this year :)

Bunch of Carrots is one of the most visually appealing bath products  I have ever come across. Perfectly formed carrots that create a bubble bath when you run them under the tap or swirl them in the bath. These smell amazing - it's a very tropical fruity smell which I love (and can also be found in the carrot soap). This bubble bar is reusable so you can get 3 to 5 baths out of it!

Isn't Hoppity Poppity amazing?! I love animal shaped bath bombs - who doesn't?! Hoppity Poppity smells a bit violet-y at first but one in the bath it smells like Refresher sweets! It goes a light pink in the bath and even has popping candy so crackles as it dissolves.

Golden Egg makes a return this year which I am over the moon about. This one is a bath melt mixed with a bath bomb so it kinda fizzes gently but also has all the moisturising goodness of a buttery bath melt. Plus it's glittery. Plus Plus it smells like caramel. Yum!

Somewhere Over The Rainbow is possibly the most beautiful soap Lush have ever created. It comes in a huge rainbow coloured round and it is covered in glitter - I'd highly recommend popping to your nearest store to have a look as my photograph does not do the product any justice! Fragrance wise it's a mix of orange and floral which, to be honest, I'm not too keen on. The soap itself is quite nice to use though as it lathers up beautifully and feels lovely and soft on the skin.

Finally Pot O' Gold shower jelly. This is rather spectacular and I can't stop playing with it haha! It smells very caramel-buttery and those who have been fans of Lush for a long time will recognise it has the same fragrance as the Creme Anglaise body lotion. It is beautiful and the smell lasts ages on the skin after washing with it.

What Lush Easter things will you be picking up?

  1. I'd be memorized by Pot O' Gold. It's so shiny and wobbly. Haha.

  2. I'm so happy the Golden Egg is back again! I'm fairly sure it was one of the first products I ever tried from Lush (and I swear it has magical healing properties!)
